Engagements are governed separately

Any work we carry out for a client is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, deliverables, confidentiality, intellectual property and liability. Where anything on this website conflicts with that agreement, the signed agreement prevails.

Enquiries

Submitting the contact form does not create a client relationship, a contract, or any obligation on either side. We aim to respond to enquiries within one business day but do not guarantee a response or a particular response time.

Please do not send confidential, proprietary or sensitive information through the contact form. Use it to start a conversation; we will agree a secure channel and, where appropriate, a confidentiality agreement before you share anything sensitive.

We try to keep the information on this site current and accurate, but we make no warranty that it is complete, current or error-free.
